Marian Pavel is the Country Manager for Romania at Rezolv Energy, where he leads the development and execution of one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in Southeast Europe. With extensive experience in the Romanian energy sector, he is responsible for advancing strategic investments exceeding €2 billion, including the 461 MW VIFOR wind farm, the 1.3 GWp Dama Solar project, and the 600 MW Dunărea East and West wind farms.
Known for his deep understanding of the Romanian market and his collaborative leadership style, Marian works closely with investors, government authorities, regulators, industry stakeholders and local communities to accelerate the delivery of large-scale clean energy projects. He is a strong advocate for Romania’s energy transition, supporting initiatives that enhance energy security, economic development, workforce skills and long-term sustainability.
