Filip Sypko is a dynamic and results-driven manager with 13 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully led commercial, technical, and business development teams, both as an entrepreneur and in managerial roles. He has been active in the solar industry for seven years, playing a key role in the development of a unique solar-as-a-service product and the development of industrial scale projects in 6 markets with a total capacity of over 2 GW for a pan-European solar developer Green Genius and successful establishment of utility-scale projects business line for Menlo Electric, fastest growing solar distributor in EMEA. An expert in utility-scale and C&I solar projects, Filip possesses a comprehensive understanding of the industry, spanning greenfield development, M&A, construction, supply chain, O&M, and offtake strategies. Currently, he leads the International O&M division at Nomad Electric, one of Europe’s largest renewable energy EPC and O&M providers. Filip holds a degree from the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, as well as an MBA from Koźmiński Executive Business School in Warsaw and Technische Universität Clausthal in Germany.
