Adrian has nearly 20 years of professional local and international experience in private equity, corporate finance and structured debt, specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
He joined the Greenvolt Group (KKR portfolio company) in 2022 as Director of Project Finance and M&A at Greenvolt Power, the business unit responsible for large scale onshore wind, solar and storage projects.
Between 2011 and 2022, he worked as Associate Director at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where during the last five years he led origination and execution efforts in Poland and the Baltic States for direct equity investments, as well as renewable energy investments across other countries of operations.
Prior to EBRD (2007–2011), he worked at Espírito Santo Investment Bank, leading and executing M&A and structured finance transactions from the bank’s offices in Warsaw, London and Lisbon.
