Sofiya Huzenko is a Director in the CEE team at Amber Infrastructure, where she focuses on infrastructure investment opportunities, asset management, and portfolio value creation across the region.
Prior to joining Amber, she spent two years as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal in Warsaw and London, providing investment advisory, leading commercial and operational due diligence, as well as performance improvement projects in the Energy & Renewables (including Solar), Digital Infrastructure, and Transportation sectors.
Earlier in her career, Sofiya spent a decade with McKinsey & Company as a core member of the European Private Capital practice, advising infrastructure investors, private equity funds and corporate clients on cross-border M&A and strategy across the UK, CEE, and the broader EU region. She also holds foundational experience in investment banking.
